At Johari MBBS, we strive to provide high-quality medical education resources. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and returns of our products, both digital and physical.
2Digital Products (Modules, PDFs, Videos)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products (including but not limited to study modules, PDF notes, and video lectures) are final. Once access is granted or the file is downloaded, we do not offer refunds or cancellations. We encourage you to review sample materials available on our platform before making a purchase.
3Physical Products (Books and Study Materials)
We take great care in packaging our physical books. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are eligible for a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at joharimbbs@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and your order details.
4Shipping Policy
Physical products are typically processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 working days across India. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We use reliable courier partners to ensure your books reach you safely.
5Cancellation Policy
Orders for physical products can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once payment is processed.
